A Little Bit About Us

For the past 23 years, we have been deeply immersed in the construction industry, focusing primarily on masonry while also dedicating significant time to carpentry. In 2022, we ventured into new territory by constructing a speculative house, aiming to gauge our affinity for the complete home-building process. To our delight, the experience proved immensely enjoyable and fulfilling.

Our preference for self-performing much of the work ensures that the quality we demand is consistently achieved. The subcontractors we collaborated with were carefully chosen based on their established reputation for delivering exceptional workmanship.

A Great Start in Masonry

In 2008, Massie Masonry was established in Kalispell, MT, marking the inception of a journey dedicated to crafting a diverse array of projects. From small to mid-sized commercial endeavors to the construction of expansive custom homes, our portfolio reflected a commitment to excellence. As we grew our reputation and the business flourished, we shifted our focus from hands-on masonry work to a more customer-centric focus. This transition provided invaluable opportunities for personal and professional growth. Working Hand in Hand

In 2013, my spouse and I acquired an older property requiring substantial renovation. Over an eight-year span, we dedicated ourselves to revitalizing the house, investing our sweat, toil, and emotional energy into the endeavor. While I assumed the majority of the renovation tasks, my wife and a few friends provided invaluable assistance, particularly with more physically demanding aspects. Witnessing the transformation of an aging dwelling into a modern, comfortable haven proved immensely gratifying. This experience reinforced my confidence in my abilities, stemming from years of immersion in the construction industry, and affirmed my capacity to undertake significant remodeling projects.
